Who are we?

Advanced towing UK is a towbar fitting specialist based in lancashire, England. We also retail associated towing products. We have a number of years within the towing and automotive industry and offer a service that we believe to be second to none.

What do we sell?

Despite the temptation to retail a multitude of automotive products, we're a specialist towbar retailer, therefore we retail towbars and related accessories of which include; Bumper protection systems, stabiliser systems and most common towing items on the martket . We also retail a full range of parking systems.

The products we retail are offered in many styles and manufacturers. For example, we retail towbars from Bosal, Witter, Westfalia Brink and if you have a specific requirement we will try our best to accomodate you with your needs. For 2010

To build upon our past successes and growth, this coming year we intend to not only introduce further products and services to our range, but also strive to improve still further through investment upon our in-house technical, sales and customercare operations. We believe our existing bespoke systems are second-to-none in our sector, however we've identified areas that will offer greater functionality and reporting for the benefit of customer experience. These upgrades will become live during the second and third quarters of 2009. The management remains keen to extend the existing product range in a selective sense by introducing towing products from new and existing manufacturers to enhance certain less populated categories. Our commitment remains to offer the best value, availability and customer service within our chosen trade sector.

Our Aim

Our aim is to retail competitively priced, quality products produced by some of the UK's and Europe's leading Towbar manufacturers. Due to the volume of products we retail, we have to be confident that quality is being maintained to ensure our customer's expectations are met. We therefore carefully monitor our manufacturer's performance and welcome customer feedback - good or bad, to ensure we pass on credit where due or correct a sub-standard issue.

In the event of a guarantee query, please firstly email customercare@advancedtowing.co.uk being sure to state your original order or transaction reference, along with a description of the issue and pictorial evidence if possible. Your request will then be forwarded to the product manufacturer, whose responsibility it shall be to assess and process your claim.

Timescale

As a general guideline, our manufacturers offer a lifetime parts guarantee upon their products.
In the rare event that a component should fail through workmanship within 12 months of product receipt, we will instruct the product manufacturer at their discretion to arrange for a replacement part to be forwarded. And we will fit said part free of charge.
